We undertake to be bound by the Rules of the Association and to pay the annual Subscription and Fees each year as determined in accordance with the Rules.

We also understand that when intending to pursue Concrete NZ Plant Audit Scheme Membership an 'initial audit' must be completed within 12-months, othrewise the following information must be supplied every 12-months in order to remain a Concrete NZ Readymix Full member:

• a written declaration that a plant engineer is responsible for mix designs in use at the plant.
• one set of ten compressive test results compliant with NZS 3104 on at least one mix from a production range of 3 mixes from that plant or at least two sets of ten compressive test results compliant with NZS 3104 on at least two mixes from a production range of 5 mixes from that plant;
• a written declaration of compliance with NZS 3104 at the plant; and
• written declaration that all cement used in production during the last 12 months at each plant owned or operated by that person was:
  • certified by the relevant plant engineer to comply with NZS 3122; and
  • used within six months of the date of such certificate.
